FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the system support multiple clubs on one installation?

Yes. Leon is multi-tenant — each organization has fully isolated data, enforced at the PostgreSQL level (RLS).

Which devices does the app run on?

The app runs on iOS, Android and in the browser — one platform, every device. Judge screens and the live board work great on tablets.

How does shooter registration work?

A registrar adds shooters via the entry wizard, a CSV/Excel import or by scanning a QR code. Start fees are recorded automatically based on the event price list.

Can results be corrected?

Yes, the judge role can override results, add penalty points or disqualifications — every change is reflected in final reports.

Where is the system hosted?

Leon runs on Spring Boot and PostgreSQL. It can run in the cloud or on your club’s own infrastructure (self-hosted) — we’ll match the option to your needs.

Can a range without competitions still benefit?

Yes. Beyond competitions, Leon handles the day-to-day work of a range: members book lanes online, and staff see occupancy, pricing and settlements.

Do I need a dedicated screen at the range?

Not required. Live scores work on any device with a browser or the app — from a tablet at the firing line to spectators’ phones.
